Privacy Policy

1 Who we are and what this policy covers

Brazen Digital Group, LLC is a Georgia, USA company ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information through brazendigitalgroup.com and communications arising from this website, including company, advertising, partnership, press, and career inquiries.

This corporate website provides information and accepts inquiries. It has no payments, subscriptions, visitor accounts, public comments, or public uploads. This policy does not automatically cover separate brand websites, stores, social platforms, or client projects. Those activities may have separate notices and agreements.

Privacy contact: info@brazendigitalgroup.com. Business mailing address: 245 N. Highland Avenue NE, Suite 230-365, Atlanta, GA 30307, USA.

2 Information you provide

The Contact Us form asks for your name, email address, and message. A telephone number is optional. The Advertise With Us form asks for your name, email address, and campaign goals, and offers fields for your company, industry, partnership solutions, estimated budget, and brands or platforms of interest.

We receive the information you include in messages, replies, and other correspondence. Required fields are identified on the forms. Without the information needed to respond, we may be unable to address your request.

Please do not send payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers, medical records, or other sensitive personal information through these inquiry forms. Only send information about another person when you are authorized to do so.

If you choose to send a resume, attachment, or other material by email, we receive it as part of your correspondence. Send only what is needed for your inquiry; a general career inquiry is not an application portal or a request for sensitive information.

3 How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to your message, understand your request, discuss potential work or partnerships, and maintain the correspondence needed to handle that request.

Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or authorize advertising use. We will ask for a separate choice before adding you to optional marketing or sharing your inquiry with another brand or partner for its own follow-up.

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering ordinary business inquiries and managing the related correspondence, balanced against your rights. If you personally request steps toward a contract with us, we rely on taking those steps at your request. If a specific law requires us to keep or disclose information, we rely on that legal obligation. Where consent is required for a particular use, we will request it separately.

4 Who receives information

We use Hostinger to host the website and handle form submissions. Submitted inquiries are stored in the Hostinger form system and sent as notifications to info@brazendigitalgroup.com, which uses Google Workspace. These services process the information needed to provide their functions.

Within our business, inquiry submissions and the notification inbox are currently accessed only by the business operator. This does not exclude processing by the service providers described above.

We may disclose information when a law or valid legal process requires it. We do not treat a common brand name as permission to pass your inquiry to another business for its own purposes.

5 Website technology and privacy controls

Our website uses Hostinger and related content-delivery services to deliver pages and files. These requests disclose technical information, such as your IP address and browser request information, to the services receiving them. Page content also includes images hosted by Unsplash. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

Browser settings can limit cookies and some other storage. They do not necessarily stop every network request or replace any consent or opt-out control required by law.

6 How long we keep information

For ordinary inquiries that do not become client relationships, our retention target is 12 months after the last meaningful contact. We review these records monthly and delete those that have reached that point unless an active matter or legal preservation requirement justifies keeping them. Meaningful contact means a substantive exchange about the inquiry, not an automatic reply or unrelated marketing message.

For other records, retention depends on the ongoing purpose, applicable legal requirements, and any need to establish or defend legal claims. Client, accounting, and substantive recruitment records require their own schedules. Technical logs and provider backups may have different lifecycles; deleting an active record does not promise immediate erasure from every backup.

7 Requests and choices

You can contact info@brazendigitalgroup.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Where EU or UK data protection law applies, rights may also include restriction of processing, data portability in qualifying cases, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdrawal of consent where consent is used. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful consent-based processing. These rights have conditions and exceptions.

We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify a request or someone’s authority to act for you. Please do not email identity documents unless we specifically arrange an appropriate method. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Where those laws apply, you can also complain to the relevant EEA data protection authority or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contacting us first is not a condition of that right.

Depending on the law that applies to you and our activities, you may have additional rights or be able to appeal a decision about your request. Contact the privacy address above to make a request or seek review. Nothing in this policy limits rights or complaint routes provided by applicable law.

8 Security and processing locations

Internal inquiry access is currently limited to the business operator. The published website uses HTTPS for browser connections. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Our business is based in the United States, and information is handled by the providers described in this policy. Provider processing may take place in countries other than your own. Using this website does not itself constitute consent to international transfers.

9 Children

This corporate website is intended for a general business and professional audience and is not directed to children. Please do not submit children’s personal information through the inquiry forms. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact info@brazendigitalgroup.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

10 Changes and contact

We will post revisions with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice and direct notice when applicable law requires it. If a new use needs additional permission or advance notice, we will obtain or provide it before that use. For privacy questions or requests, email info@brazendigitalgroup.com.
